AI & systems for mobile food operators
AI for your business, minus the hype.
You don't need twelve subscriptions and a prompt course. You need the sales tax squared away for every city you parked in, your SOPs written, and one system that holds it together. I set that up, safely, and teach you to run it.
Who this is for
Not for enterprises chasing a vendor contract, or anyone who wants a bot to replace actually talking to their customers.
How I help your business
For restaurant & truck owners
Restaurants are home turf.
"AI for business" demos always seem to run a software company. My business buys cheese. Here's what this looks like when it's built for a kitchen. Every example below is running at my place right now.
Why me
The restaurant game is completely different than it was twenty years ago. As an independent, you actually have an advantage the big guys don't. It was never that the chains have a bigger budget and better margins. It's that you don't know how to reach your audience in the post-COVID restaurant landscape. That's fixable.
I'm not an AI influencer. I run a pizza restaurant and two food trucks, and I built the POS they're rolling out. I use this stack every day on a real business with real margins. That's the difference between a demo and a system.
Real tools I've built that give my business an edge.
They can be yours too. "AI consultant" is a cheap costume these days, so you still get to see receipts: everything on this list is real, built with the stack this page is selling, and running today.
In the press
My scoreboard's not the only one keeping track:
- “Doubling to Tripling a Restaurant's Slow Day Sales”, a Pizza Today feature on how we rebuilt Uncle G's quiet days (July 2025)
- The Hot Slice podcast, episode 269: the slow-day turnaround, plus a long talk on AI in independent pizzerias (July 2025)
- Named one of Pizza Today's 2025 Pizzerias to Watch (December 2024)
- “Solving Problems”, an Enjoy Hoover profile on turning a pandemic hobby into two trucks and a restaurant (March 2025)
- A two-hour interview on the Eating Alabama podcast about building the business (February 2025)
Plus local coverage going back to the first trailer in 2021: Shelby County Reporter, Bham Now, About Town, Patch, SoulGrown, and WBRC FOX6.
None of it started as a master plan. It started with one spreadsheet. Systems stack. That's the whole pitch.
How it works

We look at what you've got (tools, spreadsheets, sticky notes) and what's actually worth fixing first.

I build it with you
Not a PDF you'll never open. We set it up together, on your business, with your real numbers and documents.

Walkthrough + cheat sheet
A recorded walkthrough and a cheat sheet your least-technical person can follow. You own everything, with no dependency on me to keep it running.
Questions before you book.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. You stay in control of your own numbers, and nothing sensitive goes anywhere it shouldn't. I'll walk you through exactly how before we touch anything real.
Do I need to be technical?
If you can run a POS, you can run this.
Which tool is best?
Wrong question. Best for WHAT? That's the triage.
Will this replace my bookkeeper/accountant?
No. It makes the hand-off to them clean. Your accountant will thank you.
I run a food truck, not a tech company. Is this really for me?
Especially you. Every system on this page was built for a pizza company that runs trucks first: mine. If it survives a Friday rush, it'll survive your back office.
Do you work with Toast?
Toast is home turf, and my menu audits and payroll prep run against it today. Different POS? Same pattern: your data, pulled safely, put to work.
Let's get your back office on rails.
